  • The exact location within the property (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, bedroom)
  • Photos or videos where relevant (Send by Text or WhatsApp)

Accurate information helps us assess the problem promptly and arrange the appropriate repair without unnecessary delays.

Once your request has been submitted, our maintenance team will review the details and contact you with the next steps.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all maintenance requests within 1–2 working days. Timeframes for repairs may vary depending on the nature of the issue and contractor availability, but we will always keep you informed of progress.

Emergency Issues - (Urgent)

However, if your issue is urgent or poses an immediate risk to safety or the property, such as a significant water leak, electrical failure, or loss of heating during colder weather, please do not rely on this form. Instead, contact us immediately using the emergency number provided in your tenancy information.
